Welcome to City of Austin's FLEXTRA
Health Care and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts Website

Go to https://www.wealthcareadmin.com to view your 2019 FLEXTRA Health Care and/or Dependent Care Accounts.

You will use this website to view balances, claim activity, upload debit card documentation and submit reimbursement claims.

If you have not already done so, you will need to create a participant account. Tips for creating an account:
  • The Employee ID requested is your Social Security Number (no dashes).
  • For the Health Care account, use your FSA debit card number if you have one.
  • For the Dependent Care account, or if you do not have a debit card, enter CSECOA for the Employer ID.
Please continue to submit claims for your 2018 account balance on this website.
The City of Austin invites employees to participate in FLEXTRA, a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Program, which allows you to pay for eligible Health and Dependent Care expenses on a pre-tax basis.
By setting aside money in these accounts you will reduce your taxable income, providing you and your family more value for your dollar. These funds are not taxed at the time of distribution. It is a permanent tax savings.
Participation in these programs is of course voluntary. Setting up either or both the Health Care or Dependent Care Accounts can provide tax advantages that your tax advisor may confirm and explain for you.
A Flexible Spending Account can save you money by using pre-tax dollars, but it requires careful planning. As a tax-free benefit, FLEXTRA follows the IRS guidelines for reimbursement of FSA eligible expenses. Be sure to estimate your annual election amount carefully. As a "use it or lose it" plan any amount that you have elected to contribute for which eligible expenses are not incurred by the end of the plan year will be forfeited.
As a participant in the FLEXTRA Health Care Account you will receive a FSA Benefits Debit Card to use when paying for your eligible medical, dental and vision expenses at participating providers. You may also request one dependent debit card for your spouse or other eligible dependent by contacting CompuSys/Erisa directly.
The COA FLEXTRA website offers a wide range of tools to help you manage your FLEXTRA accounts and expenses. The site provides you with detailed information on the Health Care and Dependent Care reimbursement accounts and allows you to download HCA/DCA forms. The site also allows you to submit online claims and access personalized information that details payments, claims, and account balances.
When using the FSA Benefits Debit Card, you can also keep up with your account status, real-time balance and documentation requests at www.benefitspaymentsystem.com.
If you have any questions regarding this communication please contact CompuSys/Erisa at (512) 250-9397, toll free (800) 933-7472 or FLEXTRA@cserisa.com.
